Thank you for choosing Moover Dudes. By requesting a quote, scheduling services, using our website, or utilizing our moving services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Moover Dudes provides residential moving, commercial moving, packing, loading, unloading, furniture assembly, transportation assistance, furniture recovery services, storage coordination, and related moving services.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, road conditions, operational requirements, and applicable laws.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on information provided by the customer and may change if:

  • Additional items are added to the move

  • Access conditions differ from those disclosed

  • Additional labor is required

  • Waiting time occurs

  • Stairs, elevators, or long carries are involved

  • Additional packing materials or services are requested

Final charges are based on the actual services performed.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Deposits may be required for scheduled moves. Accepted payment methods may include cash, debit cards, credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, and other approved payment methods.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about items being moved

  • Ensuring legal ownership of transported items

  • Securing valuables, cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, important documents, and irreplaceable items

  • Providing safe access to pickup and delivery locations

  • Disclosing fragile, oversized, or specialty items before moving day

Furniture Recovery & Emergency Assistance

Moover Dudes may assist customers recovering from natural disasters and unexpected emergencies by helping evaluate, pack, transport, store, and relocate furniture and personal belongings.

While we exercise great care during recovery operations, damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, environmental exposure, or circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.

Liability

Moover Dudes is not responsible for:

  • Acts of God

  • Severe weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Traffic delays

  • Mechanical failures beyond our control

  • Customer-packed items

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Electronic or mechanical malfunction of transported items

Additional valuation coverage may be available where applicable.

Claims

Customers should inspect their belongings upon delivery.

Any visible damage should be reported immediately. Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours' notice.

Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date.

Privacy

Information submitted through our website or quote forms will only be used to provide services, communicate regarding your move, and improve customer experience.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Mississippi.

Furniture Assembly & Disassembly

Moover Dudes offers furniture assembly and disassembly services upon request. Certain furniture items, including particle board, laminate, ready-to-assemble furniture, and previously repaired items, may be more susceptible to damage during disassembly, transportation, and reassembly.

Customers acknowledge that structural failure, cracking, loosening of hardware, or other issues resulting from the age, condition, or construction of furniture may occur despite careful handling.

Furniture Material Disclaimer

Furniture constructed from particle board, MDF, pressed wood, laminate, or similar composite materials may be more vulnerable to damage during moving and transportation.

While our team exercises reasonable care, Moover Dudes cannot guarantee against damage resulting from the inherent condition, age, or structural limitations of these materials.

Appliances & Electronics

Unless specifically agreed upon in writing, Moover Dudes does not disconnect or reconnect gas lines, plumbing, electrical systems, built-in appliances, security systems, internet equipment, or similar utility connections.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all appliances and equipment are properly disconnected prior to moving services.

High-Value Items

Customers should notify Moover Dudes in advance of any item valued at more than $500.

Examples include:

  • Jewelry

  • Artwork

  • Antiques

  • Firearms

  • Collectibles

  • Musical instruments

  • Rare or irreplaceable items

Failure to disclose high-value items may affect available liability coverage.

Customer-Packed Items

Moover Dudes is not responsible for damage to contents packed by the customer. Customers are responsible for using appropriate packing materials and methods when packing their own belongings.

Weather Delays

For the safety of our customers and crew members, services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to severe weather conditions, including flooding, high winds, hurricanes, tornado warnings, ice, snow, or other hazardous conditions.

Property Access & Site Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing safe and legal access to pickup and delivery locations.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Long carries

  • Multiple flights of stairs

  • Elevator access

  • Difficult parking conditions

  • Excessive walking distances

  • Waiting times

Property Protection

While every effort is made to protect homes and businesses during the moving process, moving heavy furniture and equipment carries inherent risks.

Moover Dudes is not responsible for minor cosmetic wear associated with normal moving activities, including minor scuffs, scratches, carpet impressions, or similar conditions.

Storage Services

Climate-controlled storage and temporary storage solutions may be available when needed.

Additional storage fees may apply for extended storage periods. Property left in storage due to nonpayment or abandonment may be subject to applicable Mississippi laws regarding storage liens and abandoned property.

Text Message Communications

By providing a mobile phone number, customers consent to receive appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, and customer support communications from Moover Dudes.

Standard message and data rates may apply.

Privacy

Moover Dudes may collect customer information including names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, payment information, and move-related details necessary to provide services.

Customer information is used solely for business operations, scheduling, billing, customer service, and legal compliance. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

Events Beyond Our Control

Moover Dudes shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, public emergencies, or equipment shortages.

Legal & Administrative Provisions

If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Moover Dudes and the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

By requesting an estimate, scheduling services, making payment, or utilizing services provided by Moover Dudes, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
